Gold coin egg recipe

• 2-3 eggs (boiled, peeled and cut into 1-inch circles)
• Water (cooking eggs as needed)
• Taste or 1TSP salt (use two batches separately)
• 1 teaspoon of ginger (chopped or chopped)
• 1 garlic (chopped or chopped)
• 1/2-1 teaspoon red pepper tablets
• 1 black sauce
• 1 teaspoon tomato chili sauce
• 2 corn starch
• 2 onions and chives (chopped)
• 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds (optional, used for decoration)
• 1 edible oil (preferably sesame oil)
• 1 butter (salty)

Cooking methods
1. Cut the hard eggs into a circle and apply corn starch to coating.
2. Fry the wrapped eggs into butter until both sides become golden yellow. At this stage, eggs should start to look like gold coins.
3. Next, add ginger and garlic sauce to the pot and fry until cooked.
4. Add chili slices, tomato sauce, chili sauce and soy sauce. You can also add sesame seeds as needed.
